The Head Sommelier at Lafayette, based in Miami, Florida, has an extensive background in prestigious establishments. Before joining Lafayette, Gabrielle held positions at Dirty French in Miami and renowned venues such as Le Cou Cou, Union Square Café, and Intersect by Lexus in New York City.
